Troubleshoot Audio & Video Issues
If you’re encountering audio or video issues while attempting to watch a course on a browser, this article includes several ways to troubleshoot and resolve these problems. Causing the issue
To determine if your device, settings, or Internet connection may be causing the problem, follow these steps:
Check your network configuration using our system checker and follow the recommended troubleshooting steps.
Try watching another lesson or class (if you are only registered for one class, you can use the class preview feature).
If you can watch other lessons without a problem, it may indicate that there is a technical problem with the original video. Contact support so our team can investigate further and report the issue.
